Florence

Florence, universally recognized as the “Craddle of the Renaissance”, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982.

It has been regarded as an unsurpassed destination for culture, universities, commercial businesses, economic foundation, and financial activity since the Middle Ages. The city was the first capital of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany from 1569 to 1859, and from 1865 to 1871 it was the capital of Italy after the unification of the country.

With its magnificent churches, museums, gardens, ancient architecture, cobblestone streets, and beautiful piazzas of the historic center, as well as the surrounding hills, Florence is considered a museum in itself, where every corner of the city has beauty to offer its visitors from all over the globe.
