The Hotel Regency treats guests to a buffet breakfast every morning between 7:30 and 10:30. Wake up with homemade croissants and the aroma of bread straight from the oven, gourmet preserves, natural cereals, wholesome yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit and eggs prepared according to your personal preference. The meal is accompanied by freshly squeezed Sicilian orange, grapefruit and tangerine (seasonal) juice and exquisite Italian coffees: creamy cappuccino, espresso and more.

Lunch & Dinner

Savour exquisite gourmet dishes, beautifully presented on tables dressed in thick linen in the main dining room of the glorious Relais Le Jardin restaurant. In the Zodiaco Room grand mirrors reflect evocative candlelight whilst the boiserie and hand-painted glass echo an intricate history and a passion for serving luscious food in a complementary environment. The Veranda is a natural extension of the dining room, with windows offering a glimpse of the private Regency garden – which is also available for dining whenever the weather allows.
Executive Chef Rino Pennucci creates with passion and imbues every refined culinary masterpiece with sensational combinations of strong Tuscan flavours. Ingredients are sourced directly from the best local markets and the distinctly Italian menu varies with the seasons. The authentic, fresh flavours of every dish are always beautifully matched with rare wines personally selected by an experienced sommelier.
